Join me for Barrels & Bliss, a deeply restorative Yin yoga experience set in the cozy, candlelit barrel room at The View Winery. Surrounded by oak casks and rich aromas, we’ll move through long-held, supported postures that invite deep release in both body and mind.
🧘♀️ This 60-minute Yin class is perfect for all levels and offers the chance to soften, stretch, and reconnect in a quiet, intimate setting.
