Fields of Gold: A Ukrainian Summer Table
Gather with us to celebrate the warmth, abundance, and deep-rooted traditions of a Ukrainian summer. Inspired by the golden fields and family tables of the homeland, this three-course prix fixe dinner is $40 per person, with optional wine pairings for $20.
First Course
Borscht
A ruby-red broth brimming with beets, cabbage, carrots, and potatoes — finished with sour cream and served with warm country bread.
Second Course
Kovbasa & Pierogi
Smoked Ukrainian sausage paired with tender potato-cheddar pierogi and tangy sauerkraut
Dessert
Zapekanka
Silky whipped cottage cheese baked into a delicate custard, topped with shortbread crumb and cherry compote
